Can someone offer a really healthy, natural eating plan for a breastfeeding mama?

Are there any ladies out there who have been able to lose weight by eating very healthy and not sacrificing the necessary calories needed for your milk production? I want to eat as clean as possible (I can't have dairy and I don't do processed foods i.e. aspartame, sucralose, sugar) but I want to make sure I am supplementing my son and myself properly. Can anyone help me out with this?

  • since your not doing dairy try soy milk.stay away from onions and allergy foods.
    try lots of leefy greens and fresh fruits.try an organic cereal like kashi and eat lean meat.
    thats what i would do but talk to your doctor first.
