How long does it take.....

For a loose tooth to come out?

  • My daughter is not old enough to lose teeth but I have lost some over my lifetime..LOL..and I can say that I think it varies. I mean, I would wait days to weeks with a stubborn one or I would have ones that would come right out. I guess it just depends on the child and how much they play with it or not. haha

  • My son, who is 5 (almost 6) has his first loose tooth and we discovered it nearly 3 weeks ago! It is super-wiggly, but not ready to come out just yet. Some people have told me days, others months.

  • Whatever you do don't tr and force it. Tying string to doorknobs and such is only going to mess up their gums and affect the new teeth.
