making cupcakes?

i just threw together a mix of cupcake batter but i was so hungry and not thinking i forgot the eggs... anyone else ever do that? if it is a box mix how do u think it will turn out?

  • well, I know that to make a cake more dense, you add more eggs, so I guess it might come out drier and maybe fluffier? IDK though LOL

  • YEP, the other day I was making enchiladas from a box kit. I was on the phone with my mom so I was distracted and forgot to add the seasoning packet to the meat. I was so mad bc I was really looking forward them them and they were totally bland!

  • The results will be very dry and coarse, perhaps crumbly.

    nikki they were actually very moist - crumbly yes but very moist. very sweet too lol
