  • Nothing that you haven't already been told. Just walk, walk, walk...and have sex. But not at the same time.

  • yes. have the sex. a lot. as much as you can. Afterwards you won't be able to for a while anyways... so you might as well load up now!

  • There are loads of things that may / may not work -and- may / may not be safe. You can Google~

Considerations like when you are due, if you're healthy, monitored, your Bishop's Score, emotional circumstances, and why you want to induce are relevant.

There is an important reason that baby is still inside.
Nature is wise and designed this set-up extremely well. ;-)
If there are other things you can do to become more comfortable & distracted, it can help to respect the normal process.
What is going on right now?

  • Castor oil isn't entirely safe or effective. I can put you into false labor but unless your body is already about to go into labor on it's own, castor oil wont do anything but give you cramps and make you poop a lot.

  • Nipple stimulation red raspberry tea leaves sex walking. Castor oil most likely gives the shits. I wouldn't try it not after all I have read.

  • Jst let your body do its thing---it is not your choice and labor should happen when the baby is ready to be born. There is only so much control you can have over your life. Relax and don't force things. Its not right.
