Temp rise after ovulation adult content

I understand that once you have ovulated, your temp will rise when you are charting your BBT religiously. My graph for this month is now at my preovulatory phase and just goes up by .2 to .4 of a degree. By how much would your temp possibly rise to indicate ovulation has taken place (as well as the fact that you would be observing your CM and see that it has gone from wet or egg white to dry)

  • Usually it's a small rise, only about 0.5ยบ or so (for me, it's around 0.5-0.7ยบ). The key is to look for a sustained shift, though; it's possible and normal for an occasional temp to be a bit higher than usual, but to tell that you've ovulated, you should look for your temp to stay elevated (for at least 3 days) by 0.5ยบ or so.
