Is there a vegan whipping cream ?

Or is there a substitute I can use in place of the whipping cream for a pasta recipe?

  • try this:

    1 lb. soft tofu
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soy milk

combine tofu, vanilla and sugar in a food processor [or blender]. add soy milk and refrigerate until needed

hope you like it! it's really good

  • Silk makes something along those lines, though some Silk products have dairy. I would puree cashews with a little of your favorite milk alternative.
