brain fog!!

Ok, maybe it's just a mom thing, but I have this brain fog that just won't leave! I don't know what to try to help! I'm sure lack of sleep doesn't help - but does anybody have any secrets of how to feel less "clouded" over? I'm not depressed, just "out of it".

  • get some mineral pack foods~fruits and veggies, green tea at lunch, algae based omega 3, a good sweaty work out in the am~night time tub/meditation time~

  • Vitamins. Maybe some vitamin D pills! That helps me.
