What all do you put in your hamburgers for seasoning??

  • Personally, I hate meatloaf, so anything that might remotely make a burger resemble meatloaf ain't happenin around here.
    I just put a bit of ground garlic salt and some ground pepper on mine then grill them.

  • Salt , Pepper, Garlic, A drop of Liquid Smoke ...sometimes minced onion

  • Salt, pepper, carmelized onion and a little worchestershire.

  • garlic salt, onion flakes,lil bit of oatmeal (helps them stick together when you bbq them)

  • Seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, a little worchestershire. It varies depending on whats in my pantry.

  • My neighbor makes the best burgers. He mixes french onion powder or ranch powder with the raw hamburger and then cooks the burger with the mix in it. It has a real unique but good taste.
