Does shopping relieve stress for u?

If not, what else does? shopping... unfortuately helps me but then causes other problems in the long run! :o(

  • no it does it only creates more stress for me. having to try on clothes and actually look at myself in the mirror and yeah i dont like my body. plus i always have kids with me : / and then i feel guilty i think oh well i could of used this money for my kids. . .

    unfortunatly i smoke. this reliefes my stress

  • grocery shopping does- I am an avid coupon clipper and it is a fun challenge to see how much I saved on the grocery trip.

  • same here! buying new clothes makes me feel just so wonderful. but since im in 10,000 $$ credit card debt, it really stresses me out more. lol
