  • Depends on how hard you fall on it. Mostly is well padded in there and offers a lot of protection to the baby. However, if you have fallen on your belly..other things can happen like the placenta getting it would really be a good idea to go to the doctor to get it checked out if this occur.

  • Yes, you can, but you may not. I tripped over my parents' dog when I was 8 months pregnant and fell pretty hard on my belly, and I was fine. Still, I'd call your doctor to be sure.

  • I would say the fall wouldn't hurt the baby... BUT it can harm the placenta, rupture your water, etc. All in which can harm the baby.
    Call your doctor NOW if
    * You have uterine contractions.
    * You are experiencing Bleeding.
    * You think the baby is not moving or is moving less than before.
    * You are leaking fluid from your vagina.
    * You have pain and stiffness in your neck.
    * You have a severe headache.
    * You have blurred or double vision.
