What can I do with empty babyfood jars?? Schools or crafts?

My son just started eating baby food. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good use for them, I dont want to throw them out. Do art classes at elementary schools use them? Is there a way to use them handy around the house? Is there crafty projects you know of?

  • post them on for your area. There are always people looking for these. I kept the plastic baby food containers and still use them for salad dressing and snacks

  • I saw this done awhile back with babyfood jars. They where super glued to a peg board and used to hold different sized nails on a guys work table in his garage. I thought that was smart cause they have lids that screw back on.

  • Recycle, give to churches, girl scout troops, or schools for crafts (make your own butter), use for glitter, paint, nails.

  • Kids could use them to put separate paints in when they're painting. :)
