  • Depends on why I'm doing it. To relax, to get clean. But usually shower.

  • I do BOTH every time! Here's why: In a bathtub, once your "clean" you're actually sitting in a giant bowl of your own dirt, grime, and bacteria. In a shower, you wash all of those things away and they go down the drain, but without the benefit of soaking your aching back or feet. So, I put a cap full of Clorox bleach (as good as chlorine in your bath water) & 3 caps full of clear rubbing alcohol (for those aching parts) into my bath water before I add my bubble bath. Soak for about a half hour while I'm reading with my scented candles lit. Then I undo the plug to let the bathwater out, stand up, soap up from head to toe and THEN turn the shower head on to rinse everything down the drain behind the bath water. I'm soaked and relaxed AND nice and clean with no residue on my skin. But that's just me. Why choose one when you can do both???

  • I'd rather have a shower, it you get a bath, you'll be sitting in dirty water.
