  • we keep our central air set at 74... but our basement is very cool so we let the fan on the furnace run all day long (less electricity than having the CA kick in...) it's normally about 72 or 73 in here most days! (but we're in WI... that helps!)

  • I keep my A/C set at 78 all summer. And in the winter, the heat at 68. Saves a ton of money.

  • 78. I like to conserve energy if I can. It has been in the 100s here lately and I don't like to be shocked when I walk back into the house.

  • 75-77. When it's real hot, that's about all this a/c can do.

  • Oh mscamp that is awful I hope it is not too hot where you are. Most days it is in the mid to upper 90's but lately it has gone over 100 and they even said 120 with the heat index one day so I have had to drop it down to about 70 and it still reads over 75. It is just too hot.
