  • try goin to the book store to pick up a book called eat right 4 your type dr peter j dadamo w/catherine whitney its been very helpful to me im blood type a it tells what is benifical , nuteral &what to avoid on foods for your type wow i do say its worked out so far

  • honestly,

    just count calories!!!

    use an online calculator to find out how many calories you need a day.
    it varies due to weight, height and activity level.
    buy a food scale and weigh every single thing that you eat.

    you learn portion control, and you can eat things you like -- as long as you have the alloted calories.

    oh, and exercise.

    most people i know are into the paleo diet or the primal diet.

    pretty much, eat as clean as possible.

    eat things as close to it's natural state as possible.
