What is a good way to clean your system without harming your body?

  • Change your diet.Stop eating crap.Drink more water,get more fiber.All laxatives are going to do is make you poop alot! remember,garbage in....garbage out

  • Either go on a supervised water fast or just clean up your diet. Make your diet predominantly raw - stick to whole fresh raw fruits and vegetables..get lots of fruit calories into you. Cut out dairy and meat, grains..and just stick to simple meals.

    When I changed my diet to a raw diet that was only fresh fruits and vegetables I detoxed and cleansed massively. I got really thin and have put some of the weight back on. I feel a lot better though and enjoy eating simply.

  • gradually up your fibre.
    if you get 25-35 grams of fibre per day, then you reduce the need for colon cleanses.

    avoid laxatives cause they just make you poop.
    if you choose a colon cleanse, make sure you take one that is primarily fibre and has some herbs to make you go.

    and lots of water and start taking a probiotic.
