  • It used to be that I was a sole snacker. Rarely had a full meal. However, after getting pregnant for the first time I was forced to eat more meals. Now I eat three meals a day and have roughly 2 snacks a day.

  • Way too many. Its so bad. I don't know how to stop. They are usually good snacks though. Not really unhealthy.

  • usually none. The only time we snack here is if they are really hungry. I do not feel hungry often and meals are plenty for me.
