A man commits a murder inside a home in the winter. There is thick frost on all the windows. Neighbors later see him outside the house. They alert the Police. Upon questioning, the Man tells police that he saw the murdered person through the window when he came calling & was going to call for help. How do the Police confirm he is lieing?

  • He could have been leaning into the window to look in to see if anyone was home and when he took a breath the heat from his breath cleared the window pane a bit enough to see inside.
