what can i make on the side with Corn on the cob?

I am making my corn with husks and all in my oven. see directions here http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2009/05/oven-roasted-corn-on-cob.html
but i dont know what else to make on the side? I have potatos, bacon, asparagus, bell pepper, white and brown rice and thin top round steaks.

  • You could chop up some red potatoes and add diced red onion and diced bell pepper. Add a little olive oil. Cook them in the oven until the potatoes are done. Then sprinkle your fav shredded cheese on the top. My hubby loves these.

    Preparation
    Spread each steak slice with 1 teaspoon Boursin cheese and top with bell pepper slices. Roll the steak around the bell pepper slices.

  • We make corn AS a side...I personally would make the steaks, potatoes, and maybe asparagus all with it.
