  • Nice robe, makeup for the next day when visitors come, comfy pajama pants to lounge in, my own shampoo+conditioner, babys going home outfit and pacifier, swaddling blanket, video camera, my outfit to wear home(you will be about the same size you were at 6 months pregnant so make sure you bring maternity clothing)

  • I always tell people to bring these things:

A pillow from home for yourself.
A pillow from home for your husband.
    A hair tie.

The pillows in the hospital stink and you'll be so glad you brought your own! Just make sure to put a pillow case on it that isn't white so you can tell it apart from the hospital ones.

    Then the obvious stuff:
A coming home outfit for your baby
    a camera
change for the vending machines for when your husband needs a snack
    shampoo and toiletries
baby nail clippers or nail files (some babies are born with long finger nails)
a change of clothes for you and your husband
