No-cook suppers?

With all the high temps we've been having, what are your favorite no-cook meals?

  •  :sliced tomato ,fresh mozzarella and basil with a light drizzle of good evoo.To kick it up add artichoke hearts.Serve with good french bread Mix with salad greens also

         .I also make blue crab salad and serve with tomatoes ,carrots and cucumbers to the side

    .Really great buy a rotisserie chicken and mix with salad greens.Take chicken off bones and make chicken salad sandwiches the next day or add to pita with yogurt cucumber mix..

  • pizza hut or the local chiense restaurant. lol. but we sometimes make hogdogs and chili which has a little cooking but not enough to heat the house up

    Even if I try my hardest, I end up cooking at least once a day on the stove and getting this house even hotter!

  • We always cook, but use the grill a lot in the Summer. We also eat more fresh raw veggie meals during the Summer.
