  • They changed the policy when it was established that they couldn't make people only vote down bad information or rude answers. Since 'some' people will always use it just to be mean or to disagree, only anon answers lose points now.

  • I've wondered that myself. I don't understand what BradenisMySon is saying. Voting someone down does take away points. That's the whole idea behind the voting down. I don't think it matters whether you use anon or not.
