Do you ever just wanna dig a hole and lay there and cry?

  • Been there... I usually tell people that I'm going to drive, and drive and drive and drive. Then, scream. :-) If they are lucky, I'll come back in an hour. ;-)

  • Yep..quite often lately! I work full time, am in the car 2 1/2 hrs a day with the commute and daycare drop off/pick up and my husband works out of state all week. We have a house that I have to take care of by myself basically...I take care of all the bills, appointments, errands, animals, etc So...yeah...I'd like to dig that hole!! :) lol

  • Not too much stress... too little rest and rejuvenation.

    You need to punctuate your day, starting first thing in the morning way before you're even feeling stressed, with things that give you energy. Happily, they don't have to take very long: 10-30 seconds 50 times a day is much better for relieving stress than 15 weeks once every 5 and a half years.

    Stand at the kitchen sink and drink a glass of water, really inhaling the way is smells and feeling its cool fluid moving through your body.

    Walk around the outside perimeter of your house once.

    Eat a piece of cheese.

    Bang three nails into a block of wood.

    Stare at a tree.

    Recite a silly poem.

    Sing aloud.

    Do 3 sun salutations.

    Put your feet up and stare at the ceiling.

    Pet the cat.

    Think fondly of a grandparent's love.

    Look at a photo album.

    Gaze at a piece of

  • Yes.. I try to relax during the day but its hard... I really look forward to naptime but that doesnt always happen.. On those days its very very hard! Nap time is like a cig for a smoker, I just have to have it or else! lol
