  • I've already been through the security check. I have a boarding pass for the flight I am on. I did see a Southwest agent direct a passenger to another gate when his boarding pass didn't pass the scanner. I don't want to have to stand in yet another line at the airport. It is just sooooo long to just get on a plane. We use to go and sit in the waiting area and watch the planes come and go. It was something to do with the kids on a weekend when there was nothing to do, and it was free. Now, getting past security is a no-no without a boarding pass.

  • Yes as long as they have cleared a security check. Many people are frequent fliers, why should they have to go through that over and over?
