  • Having a wonderful, smart, happy, healthy, beautiful DD despite being a teen mom, ending things badly with her bum bio-dad, and being broke.

  • Breastfeeding 10 years was easy, total 3 kids.

Raising a son with a low IQ and bipolar disorder by myself. We homeschooled and I was with him pretty much 24/7. We made it through the teen years with no hospitalizations, arrests or problems, great for boys with early onset bipolar disorder. Doctors said he would never read because of his low IQ and learning "disabilities". He is 22, has a good job, owns his own home with a pool in central Tucson, and is attending college. He has a 3.0 GPA.

  • Breastfeeding both my kids - my son until he was 14 months (as a SAHM) and my daughter until she was 1 year (working FT since she was 5 weeks old). I never thought I would be able to do it, but I surprised myself!!

  • Being a parent in general is surely my accomplishment. However, teaching my children things they'll need to know later on and seeing them flourish in the knowledge. That really makes me feel accomplished. My son is 22months and he can recognize some of his letters, he can repeat the ABC's as I say them, and tries to sing them himself. He can count to five and so much more. Just knowing that I taught him those things is great!
