When a baby is allergic to wheat...

Any ideas on what to feed them? He is 9 months old. And I am talking about in the grain category. Besides rice, rice cereals, rice cakes, rice husks...what else can I feed him?

  • There are a lot of wheat free options out there now. I have celiac and can't have wheat and there are lots of potato and rice and corn based crackers and cereals and breads out there.

  • Have you tried google? I really don't know, but there's got to be some good websites out there for specific food allergies with recipes and suggestions. Good luck, hope someone else has some answers for you, I'll bump ya.
