Sunburn help

Besides tylanol, aloe & lotion what else can I do to make my sunburn not burn so badly?

  • make sure you stay hydrated! drink lots of water.

    you can put some lavender essential oil in witch hazel and spray it on.

  • Noxema works great to sooth a sunburn.
    You can also dilute vinegar with water and use a cotton swab to apply it to your sunburn. with the ratio of 1v/5w. If it is where it would rest underwater in the bathtub, fill a bath with warm water and add three cups of white vinegar.

  • I don't think anything works as well as aloe vera gel dabbed on with a cotton ball.
