  • Depends on the surgery, the surgeon and your definition of safe. :)

I had plastic surgery... ...and I am doing fine. This was a year ago. I had a great surgeon and felt better than I thought I would right after surgery!

  • There are tons of plastic surgeries done daily w/o issue. But there are also complications and even death. My thought process is, is that how I want to be remembered? Do I want my kids to know they lost me because i was too vain or didn't think i was worth enough the way i was? What would that leave them with? what would that teach them? Not worth it.

  • I don't think any surgery is safe. Here's some things to ask yourself...How is your health? Are you at any risk for blood clots? How well does your body tolerate anesthesia? Last fall I had a heart attack after having a simple appendectomy and now my heart is damaged for life. Don't mean to scare you, but just giving you some things to think about...Good luck...
