how much should i charge for child care?

Im going to respond to a ad on craigslist it does not say what hours just "school hours" its for a 3 year old and a 5 year old that will be in school how much should i charge? the daycares around here are like $120

  • I think you should find the prices of the daycares and cut your price by like 10 bucks ro so. I fyou are affordable you will get more clientel.

    i know here in vegas they are $600 a month which are TOO MUCH!

    lets say you had a min. wage job and made 300 avg a week, $600 a paycheck how much would YOU pay for childcare?

  • I charge $27 per day per child for a 3 & 5 yr. old. This is for care 4 hrs. or more. Unless they are in school all day you most likely will have them for more then 4 hours.

  • i live here on ft hood and my daughter daycare fee is $90 a week, which is cheap considering i live in a military town. and she just turned 3 saturday. why wont you do what the daycares do; they charge by the age. the younger the child is the more care they will need, the more you will have to give. now if your caring for 3-5 yr old they won't need as much care as a 1-5 month old.
