What should I be asking?

So DH and I are going to my OB-GYN in a few weeks. I am going for my yearly and after that DH and I are going to ask her about TTC. What are some questions we should be asking? Some questions we have for her are: How difficult will it be for us? (I have PCOS). Should we get pregnant, will it be considered high-risk? What can we do to increase our chances? I am taking a prenatal vitamin (Nature Made Multi + DHA), but what does she recommend? Any recommended reading while TTC? That's all we have so far, but I feel like there is something else and I just can't think of anything. Any suggestions?? Please and thanks in advance!!
