Electric Blanket?

Is it ok to use my electric blanket while pregnant? Its been getting kinda chilly at night...Please help..

  • Its's not going to hurt the baby =) Just don't get it as warm as it can go if you're worried about it.

  • Your body is at an average 98 degrees. This is the same things as taking hot baths. As long as you dont go past 100 to 101 degrees, you should be fine. Most hot tubs are more then 104 degrees. So yes, an electic blanket and hot baths are okay when pregnant. If your skin turns red because its so hot, then that is to hot. Plus you dont want to freeze your baby, it will know, and it will let you know its cold, by kicking the hel out of, mine did
