Whose life is like a romance novel?

I really want to know if there is anyone out there who lives their life like a romance novel. How did you meet your SO, were you resistant to his charms? Oh if you've read any romance novels, you know how it goes. Woman ends up in a strange town, meets a man with lots of friends, but no she can't allow herself to get close to him, yadda yadda yadda and so forth.

So tell me, was it like that for you?

Me: absolutely not, LOL.

  • My life is happy but pretty ordinary but the story of how we met is romantic.  I wrote a journal about it, if your interested.

  • LOL yeah right. What fun would life be if you couldn't at the very least debate or bicker sometimes.

  • Nope, mine is definitely not like a romance novel...very quiet (except when the grandkids are here), average, and I think I like it that way.

  • mine is way better than a romance novel because it's real... but many elements of the romance novel included for sure!
