  • Avocado is great for them. My son is an avocado addict! It is packed with very healthy fats. He eats like 3 a week, sometimes more! And DH and i love them as well!!!

  • It was one of my daughter's first foods, and it was my son's very first food ;) Both of my kids liked it mashed with some banana. . . .

  • I agree with everyone. My daughter loves it and she is 9 months old. It is her favorite thing. I don't mix it with anything and she still loves it.

  • Oh, if he has already tried Banana and is not reactive, mix the two together- It tastes like caramel pudding!!! Isn't mother nature awesome?!

  • Avocado was my daughter's first food. It's super healthy and has good fats that are great for their brain development.

  • It's perfectly fine :) Just make sure it's a very ripe avocado because little kids and babies don't like the slightly bitter taste of firmer ones.
