need to lose weight asap....

anyone have any tips on losing a few extra pound in about two weeks??? theres a wedding coming up and i would like to look nicer in my dress.... =) no bashing please!.... will pick BA! =)

  • go on the south beach diet. Low carbs, low fat.

  • burn more cals in a day than you take in. work out, work out, work out. Eat 100% clean. You will definitely see a difference.

  • south beach or atkins...beware- as soon as you start eating normally again the weight will come back on

  • I use South Beach if I need to drop a quick few pounds. You will gain the weight back if you lose a lot and then eat normally again. I just use it to stay on track and it helps
