  • to defrag your drive, go under administrative tools under your control panel (down and to the left on your start menu)
    then, select disk cleanup, it'll prompt you through it, and then select disk defrag, follow the prompts, and go to bed. If your computer is older it will take a while.

  • did you try cleaning out your cache, your cookies, and then running defrag on your hard drive?

  • IE is the worst browser. CM works best with firefox. but to clean out cookies/cache in ie, select the tools icon in your browser. You'll be able to figure it out from there.
