Do you vote up the answers when you ask a ?

Do you vote up all of the answers you get when you answer a ? I do, even if I don't agree w/ the response, as long as its said nicely. Very few answers I've read since the changes have been rude, most have been really helpful.

  • Yes, I do. I don't mind voting someone up for taking the time to answer my question, even if it was nothing important. I ask very few questions. Sometimes I answer one and it will take me 5 or 10 minutes to think of how to word it (on serious issues) and type it out, and the least the poster can do is give decent answers a thumbs up just to acknowledge the time and effort that went into it. That's how I feel anyway.
Besides, everyone has so many of those voteups every day, why wouldn't vote everyone up who answered you? Maybe it just doesn't occur to them to do so, IDK.
