  • I pay $135 a week for my 5 year old that is for about 50 hours a week... If I had two children and someone were to watch them for 6 hours I would be willing to pay $40-$50

  • Check and see what other sitters in your area charge, and offer a comparable price.

  • Hmm I am not sure. We pay my sister in law $2 an hour which equals out to 100 a week. My daughter is 20 months old.

  • well a daycare charges atleast $110 for one child and give a discount for 2 per week. But I'd call around and ask some daycares how much they charge for 2 kids and average it out, then charge a little less.

  • I'd call daycares in the area and find out how much they charge

  • I would see how much they are willing to pay an hour and see if what they offer is worth your time spent. Also, there is the fact that you will be watching two children as well to consider.

  • Price would vary by locations. Here sitters get between $10-$15/ hour.

BUT... I would make sure to get licenced and up your homeowners insurance. There is NO need to take any chances. If a child gets hurt and they sue the minimal amount of money that you would have made would be nothing to what you could loose.

  • Depends on whether it is a full time position or not... and your location.

    Here, for full-time care, it is normally $75 a week/one child, $100 a week/two children
Part-time rates are normally $3.00-$6.00 an hour depending on the care and how many hours a week
