Would you let your boy child pierce an ear? Why or why not?

Seriously do not answer this if your going to be rude or nasty or anything else. I am not asking becasue I WANt to let my kid do this I am asking becasue it's a Poll on another site.

  • Yes, I would. I think kids need to express themselves. He would have to be a certain age, but piercings are able to be taken out - no big deal

  • Only after he's 16 and it would be his choice. I would just have a talk with him before it happened as to why he really wants one.

  • We took him to get it done. It was a father-son thing.

    For some reason I just couldn't talk them into letting me do it. *shrug* I promised I'd freeze their ears really well first.

  • no..if he is old enough to do it without my consent then he can go and do it if he has money to pay. If he starts punching holes in his body himself then we are gonna have problems.

  • If he wanted sure, i would NOT take him to do it...thats a choice thing. His grandpa wants to take him to get it done and i almost fell out laughing in his face...i dont like his grandpa too much though!
