A Faux Pas we can take?

Do you think who ever was responsible for checking into these people should be fired?

Obama posed with a woman named Leslie Macko at a White House event on July 19. A little unknown fact she was charged with grand larceny reduced to to petit larceny in 2007 and in 2009 she was found guilty of prescription drug fraud.

  • Do you think any criminal should be within arms length of our president?

Wouldn't that wipe out most of his cabinet?

  • It's not that she was convicted of drug possession...but the "kicker" is that Obama used her for her "tug at the heartstrings moment!!!" LOL FAIL....again!!!

    Amateur hour continues.

  • Dang, with all the people sneaking into the dinners and then this.......it seems real easy to get access to the president. Maybe I should quit calling every morning asking for an appointment and just show up..... ;)

  • I want to know how high she was during the speech. Obama was talking and all she heard was " Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.."

  • What are you saying? If you've been convicted of any crime you shouldn't be allowed at the white house

  • Sure they should have checked it out. But if these charges were midemeanors, which they could be - would they even show up? As well, if she has paid her debt to society, doesn't that mean she has the right to be out in society with all the other citizens?

However, using her for anything..........not the best move. It seems that on both sides, vetting is getting to be harder and harder to do well.

  • LOL Yeah, I'm not worried about criminals at the White house. That's funny since the WH is full of criminals but the even funnier thing is that the 2009 charge was why she lost her job.
