  • Started at 18 mos b/c she had learned to hold her urine. It was a control issue. Again at 22 mos and we were doing great until we moved. At 25 mos we will be starting again b/c she is showing signs and telling me that she has to go. I wish you luck.

  • I've practiced elimination communication/natural infant hygiene since birth. My baby has been out of diapers for a month (she is ten months old) and before that was using very few diapers a day. The United states starts toileting children much too late and that makes it very difficult and causes issues like stool witholding, constipation, and a long time of night incontinance.

  • My son started to talk about poop and pee at 18 months so we got him a potty. But he didn't actually start using it until after 2. He wasn't fully trained until 2 1/2.
