my period is every 40-50 days is that a problem? trying to get pergo

  • Not necessarily. My period average is once every 3-4 months. I've had two kids and I'm only 28.

  • My cycle was never regular before I got pregnant. We tried on and off for about 8 months before I got pregnant.

  • My cycle was getting longer and longer each time. This last time it was 38 days, and I got pregnant with our second child! It can make pinpointing ovulation a little harder but if you are regular, that shouldn't be a big obstacle. There is a good website for tracking all of that, particularly how long your cycles are. It's My Monthly Cycle, you can google it and it should be the first thing to pop up.
