How do you determine lies?

I am wondering how others tell who is lying. Going through some stuff right now and a person we are going through it with was caught in lies. How do you determine it to be a lie or not?

  • When recalling a memory the eyes go in a certain direction and when making up a lie your eyes go in the opposite direction. Changes in breathing, blinking faster is usually a sign that somebody is not tell the full truth. Look around for signs.

  • Nervous behavior, avoiding eye contact, shifting of the eyes and sometimes just the tone of voice if you really know the person. Go with your gut feeling...

  • You can tell by if they have eye contact. Also ,sometimes their body language.Plus...women have great perception. If you feel someone is or has lied to you, call them on it.But do it by telling them first that if they did lie,you won't get mad & ask them why they lied.Good luck.
