What really quenches your thirst?

I have been so thirsty and nothing seems to quench my thirst.

  • Something citrusy to get your spit glands revved up - lemonade (not too sweet), water with lemon/lime/orange slices, 100% orange juice, limeade, stuff like that.

  • Unsweetened iced tea, very cold. The previous answer asks a good question though. A symptom of untreated diabetes is excessive thirst.

  • Milk! But I don't suggest drinking it while you are hot. LOL But try to drink lots of water throughout the day to prevent thirst. Kinda a duh thing. LOL

  • I'm with all of you, iced tea! I drink a lot of water, but nothing is better than an ice cold glass of sweet tea to hydrate and energize me!
