Okay. How weird am I? My Music Selection

Okay I have been in a foul mood all day. But I looked up some music online and made a list of 40's and 50's music including Andrews Sisters, Elvis, Judy Garland, Duke Ellington, Brian Setzer (the style), etc. Any weird choices out there? Or any music suggestions for this "genre?" LOL

  • Check out Oleta Adams, she was born in the 50s, her career didn't take off until the late 70s early 80s, but her voice has that old style class and charisma to it.. she's wonderful. Nat King Cole is a good one, Bing Crosby's right up there.. good tunes.. great musical era :)

  • Doesn't sound weird to me, but, I listen to everything from Nat King Cole and Sinatra to Rush to Selena Gomez with a pinch of Backyardigans thrown in for fun.

  • The name of the CD is escaping me, but String of Pearls and Brown Jug were on it. It's big band (?)
