What did you give up on since you had kid(s)?

I gave up smoking (yay - 3years of clean lungs), gave up watching movies late in the night, going to clubs, no drinks at all (if I can't have the smoking and the clubs - drinks are useless for me), gave up using wax on my legs (now I just shave), gave up doing my nails (color), listening to loud music in the car, eating things that kids are not allowed to have, going to the gym, gave up a third of my income (which now goes to daycare), gave up my ego, my irritability and selfishness. Can't think of any more right now.

  • College and my marriage. I love my daughter more than anything, but she really did come at a difficult time. I've been trying to get back to college since then and something always goes wrong. My marriage has also completely fallen apart since I got pregnant with her. But, I would give up anything and everything for her, so it's worth it to me.

  • Size 4 jeans.
Seriously though, I feel like I sacrifice less and less as they get older. I have a lot more freedom now than I did a couple of years ago.

  • Spontaneity, privacy, hobbies like drawing, cardmaking...phone calls without interruptions, being alone and enjoying a good book.

  • I stopped partying. Oh yeah, and for a long time I never had time to myself to do things (hobbies) I enjoy.

  • Most of my hobbies, my size 2 waist, going out grocery shopping at 1 am, a clean house, my sex drive, my sanity...
But it has been worth it so far ♥

  • not a darn thing. I still do all the same things I did before, just maybe not as often. Well...... I would love to work out for more than 90 minutes a day. If I could work out for 2 & a half to 3 hours, I would be in Heaven!
