Differance between Surface piercing and a Microdermal piercing?

I looked online but I need SIMPLE words lol.All i got was one bleeds more ;)
Im going in tomorrow to get the corner of my eyes done.

  • Surface piercing is when they pierce the surface using a needle where as Microdermal is an implant, I believe is the difference

  • I had a microdermal piercing on my sternum and loved it! Just be careful during healing because if they get pulled at all, it will have to be redone. I had a microdermal done on the back of my neck, but kept forgetting it was there and it kept getting pulled on. It didn't heal in the right layer of skin and looked awful. I had to get it taken out =(
