I need to find a daycare in Coraopolis PA

I need to find an economical, trustworthy, and well-run daycare between Coraopolis (where I will be living) and Gibsonia (where I work). I have a 3 year old son who is working on Potty training.

Above is a list of local daycares/preschools in your area. I would start calling them and asking questions about rates, hours, etc. Make a list of about 3-4 that you really liked and make an appointment to visit and take a tour. Good Luck!

  • in Maryland we have a website that is run and maintained by the child care administration that licenses the centers. Check for that. They will have the best info AND make sure you call the licensing center and inquire about any complaints that have been filed and ask to review their compliance records.

AVOID any center that does not offer FULL ACCESS at anytime without notice. If the Mom, or director wants you to call ahead before just popping in, that is a red flag.

This one might even be better. It is run by the Department of Public Welfare (DPW)

  • I would say you have all the suggestions you need here... Check the Yellowpages... You should also check out the ulocal message boards on ThePittsburghChannel.com and see if anyone from there can give you any recommendations...

You're not to too far from me, but far enough that I can't give you any real help... There is a few Pittsburgh Groups here too...
