  • Yes, we all go through different emotions. Can you call someone you trust to talk to? Maybe do something like walking, shopping, going to visit someone you care about and enjoy their company. A hobby you might like doing?

It will get better, we all have those days (even when not pregnant). Take care.

  • it's normal to have alot of mood changes..... if it's something you are concerned about you could ask your ob to refer you to a counselor that you could talk to about it.

  • Hormones go all kinds of haywire during pregnancy and it can make you feel down. It is normal, but it is also something to talk about with your doctor to try to help find ways to make you feel better. Chin up momma, you'll be ok!

  • No. Wanting to kill yourself is not normal. Call your OB tomorrow and make an appt. Your body may not be adjusting well to the hormones and you may need to adjust your diet to help your body process serotonin.

  • Yeah it's normal. Pregnancy, for me, was like PMS magnified by 100 lol. It's really rough sometimes, but not always.
