after the baby-what have u used that has helped stop the flow of milk an the engourgement ur breasts? an reduce the soreness

  • I HEARD ABOUT CABBAGE LEAVES..I MAY HAVE TO TRY THAT. ACTUALLY I THINK I WILL. THEYRE SO PAINFUL. AN I DIDNT KNO THERE WAS A SHOT!! HOW COME I WASNT OFFERED IT? =( WHAT THE HECK.

  • Take hot, hot, hot showers- then nurse the baby, then put bags of frozen peas on your boobs... Nursing the baby lots and lots will toughen up your nipples and get the milk out... you'll be happy and the baby will be extra happy!

  • Even if you don't plan on breastfeeding for months the baby can get benefits from breastfeeding from only a few weeks. Put your baby to your breasts. Who knows, you might like it.

  • VERY TIGHT SPORTS BRA... works great and thats what doc told me to do..... diidn"t have to do anything else worked fast
