I live in a county and have a septic tank.

Is there something cheaper the RID-X, I can use ?

Someone told me, I could use bread-yeast ?

  • My family was in the septic tank business for years and we always recommended rid x to our customers to prevent problems. If you are having problems you probably need to call to have your tank pumped, especially if it's been more than 3-5 years. I can help answer any questions you have because I know it can be very expensive...septic tanks paid for me & my Sister's private school from kindergarten through high. It's a dirty job but someone's gotta do it!

  • Yes you definitely need rid x. We found something else we use in addition to that. We moved to Fl 6 years ago and had to learn all about them.

  • I've had people tell me about the yeast thing, but I just always use rid-x

  • By the way, rid x is made of enzymes & bacterias which helps your tank solids break down. Yeast is fungus and will not have the same effect but that is a very common misconception.

  • Thank you.
I am not having problems "yet"?

I was just looking for a cheaper way to go about it.

Thank all of you, for your advice.

    I will stay with RID-X. ♥♥♥♥
