...what haircut/hairstyle would look good on you? Seriously, I really have no idea of how to figure this out! I really need to cut my hair, it's become a security blanket and an ugly fuzzy one at that, but I have NO idea of what to say to a stylist. I tried looking at haircut books/websites, but for some reason none of their models are 40-year-old frumps, so it's somewhat difficult to determine anything from those pictures.Answer Question

try something like this, where you post a picture of yourself and try on different hairstyles.. (there are a tone of other sites that over this type of program as well if you google for it).
I just like this site because it has thousands of hair styles to look through, talks about face shape, etc. :
